All I ask is to be loved and appreciated.

Sabrina is a beautiful jewel and her gentle spirit has been captured wonderfully in this brand new portrait courtesy of Pet'ographique (www.petographique.com).

Sabrina only wants to be loved and to have peace-of-mind, so a calm and affectionate home environment is ideal for her.

She is a lovely shorthair with crisp blue eyes, about 7 years of age, spayed, fine with other respectful cats, and awaiting adoption at Nevada SPCA.

She did nothing wrong to become homeless.  Instead, her previous owner moved into an apartment that does not allow cats.

Quirky and stunningly handsome Devlin is rich in personality.

There are shy, humble, unassuming, and well-behaved cats.  And then, on the other end of the spectrum, there's Devlin.

Truly, he promises no dull moments!  He wants to get into everything, explore, and give his stamp of approval.  He is too strong-willed for most families, but in just the right home he will be cherished for his constant entertaining and singular behaviors.  His shenanigans would be fodder for daily YouTube videos!

Devlin is a chocolate Siamese & Snowshoe mix, neutered boy, 5 years of age.

Please ask for him specifically by name when you visit Nevada SPCA.  He does not tolerate other cats well, so he is not in the free-roaming playrooms.

I do best in small, intimate spaces.

We love how tender-hearted Julia is.  She is exceptionally affectionate and enjoys sitting by you quietly.

She is a gorgeous, though humble girl, spayed, brown tabby, medium-hair, just a year of age.

Rather than roaming your entire home, Julia is more likely to enjoy and find peace-of-mind in a small section that she can call her own.

Julia may be best as the only cat in your home so that she can have you all to herself.

Special thanks to Pet'ographique for these captivating portraits to help her get adopted.

Why am I homeless when I did absolutely nothing wrong?

Mortie mesmerizes us with his human-like face and Teddy Bear lovability.

He is a noble, large Cream Tabby, neutered boy, young at heart at 11 years of age.

He is yet another innocent victim of the long-continuing home foreclosure crisis.

Please meet and adopt him at Nevada SPCA (www.nevadaspca.org).

I am ready to be your very own little superstar!

Look who loves the camera!  Bobo relished the attention of being in the spotlight at Pet'ographique's portrait studio to take these photographs to help him find a forever home.

Bobo is a parti-colored shorthair, cute as can be, neutered boy, 5 years of age.

He wsa rescued from an abusive home.  Quick movements still alarm him, but his progress has been remarkable.

Please ask for Bobo by name in Nevada SPCA's free-roaming Cat Condo playrooms.

If you seek a gentle spirit, then I may be your dream cat.

If eyes are reflections of the soul, then it's clear that Tasha has a heart of brilliant, pure gold.

He is a young boy awaiting adoption at Nevada SPCA and he delights in taking catnaps in your lap, finding peace-of-mind with your touch and presence.

He is a medium-hair feline, neutered, 18 months of age.

Please ask for Tasha by name in Nevada SPCA's free-roaming Cat Condo playrooms.

Very special thanks to Pet'ographique for this stunning portrait to help him get adopted.

I have the happiest feet!

Mizzy has a universe of love to share with the fortunate person (or people) who adopt her and give her a forever home.

She is a gorgeous, affectionate brown tabby with white, spayed girl, approximately 3 years of age.

Mizzy needed us when her previous owner moved out-of-state without her.

She melts our hearts when she does her 'happy feet dance' while looking into our eyes.

Special thanks to Pet'ographique for these magnificent portraits that capture her sweet spirit.

Can you see me? I feel invisible.

At the time of rescue Luciel was on the mean streets, pregnant and lone and scared.

We placed her in a loving foster home and she successfully gave birth to four healthy kittens.

Luciel raised her kittens in the foster home until they were 3 months of age, then they were spayed/neutered and adopted to caring people.

Now, it's Luciel's turn to find a forever home.  But she gets passed over by visitors looking for Siamese, Snowshoe, Maine Coon, and other felines with more exotic looks.

We love Luciel's wisdom, and we understand her protectiveness is from her motherly instincts.  She is beautiful too, and ready to become a devoted lifelong companion.

Luciel is a steel-grey shorthair, spayed, about 4 years of age.  Please ask for her by name in the free-roaming Cat Condo playrooms.

They wanted my babies, but they did not want me.

Mamacita is an endearing young girl with hypnotic eyes.

She is a beautiful blend of feline breeds, quite unique, spayed, and about 1-2 years of age.

Mamacita needed us when her previous owner sold, bartered, or handed away her kittens, and then was done with her.

She is friendly and loving and hopeful for an indoor-only, forever home.

Please ask for Mamacita by name in Nevada SPCA's free-roaming Cat Condo playrooms.

Your loving home will be my kingdom.

Margaret is a beautiful baby girl who delights in exploring every nook and cranny of every room she adventures into.  She is a fearless tom-boy with an inquisitive nature.

She is a Calico kitten, spayed, about 4 months of age, and ready for adoption into a loving, forever home.  Like all cats, she needs to live indoors only for her safety and protection.

Margaret was surrendered to us many weeks ago by a person abandoning multiple cats with, frankly, an incoherent background story for them.  We had no space at the time, so we raised her in an office area near rabbits, and she loved walking among their bunny condos, getting to know each of them.

Though independent, Margaret has an affectionate nature and she will enjoy you taking time to play with her each day, whether with a string, a toy tunnel, cat tree, etc.

Please ask for her by name in Nevada SPCA's free-roaming Cat Condo playrooms.

He followed my bloody paw prints and rescued me.

A fireman rescued Pele when an abandoned, foreclosed home was burning down.  The fireman said he could hear him, but the cat was traumatized and very difficult to locate.  He found him by tracking the bloody paw prints to his hiding place.

Fast forward a few months, and now Pele's pads have healed and he is triumphantly ready for adoption.  His front pads had the most severe burns and he can walk on them, though understandably gingerly at times.

Pele is a handsome Ragdoll mix with baby blue eyes.  He is neutered and approximately 5 years of age.  He has a calm temperament and prefers lounging around peacefully and comfortably.

He is best as the only cat.  While he loves gentle people, he gets grumpy quickly with other felines.

Please ask for Pele by name in the Cat Condos.  He seeks a caring, forever home where he can always remain safely indoors.

They gave me away on Valentine's Day.

Ozzie is fond of belly rubs, laying on the floor stretching out his paws as far as they can go.

We love his easy-going nature and quiet confidence.

Ozzie is a dashingly handsome brown tabby, shorthair, with enchanting eyes.  He is neutered and about 6 years of age.

He gets along well with other cats and seems to avoid drama.  We believe he may be compatible with kind children too.

Ozzie needed us because his previous owners said they moved into a home where cats were not allowed.

Please ask for Ozzie in Nevada SPCA's free-roaming Cat Condo playrooms.

I am 16 pounds of love.

If you seek a lovable, mellow, lazy kitty, then this big boy may be a perfect fit for your family.

Sly is kind-hearted and he gets along well with people and other cats.  Scratch him by his tail and he is in ecstasy.

Sly is a shorthair feline, neutered, 6 years of age, wearing a natural tuxedo that God gave him.

We rescued him from a government-funded shelter.

Please meet Sly and 200 other rescued, spayed/neutered cats for adoption today in Nevada SPCA's free-roaming Cat Condo playrooms.

I love catnapping in window ledges.

We think it is fitting that this endearing young girl likes to be in the sunshine (indoors only, of course, for her safety), soaking up rays as she naps by windows.  She beams with innocence and kindness.

Maya is a gorgeous medium-hair tabby ready for adoption today in Nevada SPCA's free-roaming Cat Condo playrooms.  She is spayed, just a year of age, and blessed with soft, round, expressive eyes.

Maya needed us when she and her kitten were brought in for rescue.  We have conflicting accounts of her background, but the pair found themselves unwanted and in desperate need.  Her baby has since been spayed and adopted, and now our focus is on getting Maya adopted into a forever home too.

Please plan on regular brushing, perhaps weekly, to keep her looking and feeling good.  She is playful and would love for you to devote time each day to engaging her with toys.

My love is magic.

Update: Mirage was adopted on February 10th!

Mirage is a very lovable little beauty dreaming of a forever home.

She is a snow-white shorthair with hypnotic eyes, one blue and one green, spayed, about one year young.

Mirage's background is a mystery, but we know that she had been abandoned to fend for herself.  Hungry and exhausted, she crept into a person's home through the doggie door, desperately seeking food and comfort.

Please come meet this playful and loving girl in Nevada SPCA's free-roaming Cat Condo playrooms.

Special thanks to Pet'ographique for these gorgeous pictures of Mirage that capture her temperament.

I am very loving and I do remarkably well in small spaces.

At the time of rescue L'Oreal was pregnant and out on the streets, in a hopeless situation made worse with her lack of sight.

But thanks to loving foster care, she had her babies indoors, safely and in comfort.

Now it is L'Oreal's turn to be adopted.  She is a mellow, beautiful smoke tabby, medium-hair, spayed, and about 3 years of age.

Despite being mostly blind, she has never had a problem finding her food or litter box.  She does extremely well in quiet, small spaces and enjoys cuddling in your lap, so perhaps she can live primarily in a designated guest room or cozy part of your home.

Please ask for L'Oreal by name in Nevada SPCA's free-roaming Cat Condo playrooms.  She is one of 200 rescued, spayed/neutered cats there awaiting loving, forever homes.

I dream of living life on a bed of roses.

Update: Whiskers was adopted on February 1st!

Trying to survive on the streets is hard enough for cats, and often fatal (due to vehicles, disease, coyotes, and so many other dangers), but imagine being declawed on all four feet, completely defenseless, unable to even run up a tree for basic safety.

But somehow little Whiskers eked out a survival outdoors long enough to be rescued.

Whiskers is surprisingly gentle and demure considering what she had to endure.  She seeks out quiet places and responds best to soft-spoken people.

She is a lovely tabby with white feline, spayed, about 5 years of age, and available for adoption today in Nevada SPCA's free-roaming Cat Condo playrooms.

Please adopt Whiskers and keep her strictly indoors.  As mentioned, she is fully declawed, so even a single trip outdoors could end her life.

These splendid portraits of Whiskers are courtesy of Pet'ographique to help her find a forever home.

Please make sure I am never lonely again.

Leigha delights in taking catnaps stretched out on a window seat where she can soak up the sun's rays from the comfort and safety of being indoors.

She is a sweet feline with mousy good-looks and captivating green eyes, a medium-hair with some calico patterning, spayed, about 3 years of age.

Leigha is wary of new people, but warm-hearted with those she trusts, and she loves other friendly cats.

She was rescued after being abandoned in a hotel suite.

Please ask for Leigha by name in Nevada SPCA's free-roaming Cat Condo playrooms.

Very special thanks to Pet'ographique for showcasing Leigha so beautifully in a portrait to help her find a forever home.
