My little girl will be going to school in a year or two from now so that means I will be left alone here in the house. That’s why as early as now, I’m planning of taking up an Online College degree. I have been searching online for some time now on different online programs. So far, I have seen a lot but I’m torn between taking up online degree programs in nursing and a computer course to further enhance my computer degree that I took back home. But I know too that taking up college here is really quite expensive and since my little girl is already going to school, I couldn’t afford anymore if we both will be in school.
Good thing I’ve checked on Free Application For Federal Student Aid - http://www.fafsa.ed.gov/ and I’m glad that I did because I think they can really help me pay for my college should I pursue it. But I know too that if I ever do finish another degree here, our future will somehow be brighter and I would probably land a nice high paying job. Should I go with my plan, it will not be easy and that would entail sacrifices here and there, but when all is through, it will all be worth it.

College Education
I am grateful that I was able to finish college. I am thankful to my parents for doing everything they can to make sure I graduate. This is my goal also for my daughter, no matter what. As early as now, even if she’s just 3, we’re already thinking, saving, and investing for what we think are the expenses to be incurred when she’ll be off to college.
Sometimes I can’t help but think about those that may not be lucky as I am, especially those families that were affected by disasters like earthquakes, tsunamis or even the 9/11 attack. I know having a loss in the family definitely affects their spending and sometimes education may suffer.
Thankfully though, there are schools such as Ashworth College who enroll their students using their Post 9/11 GI Bill education benefits. Because Ashworth College offer lower costs than other accredited online schools, sometimes even up to 50% less, your hard-earned and hard-saved money goes even further. Up to $13,500/36months of education benefits may be eligible for Military personnel and their families.
How I wish we can avail of this great deal when the time comes for my daughter enrolls for college. It will not only save us a lot but will enable us to use the money and benefits for something else. In times like these, every little saving goes a long way.

Multimedia Tool for Education
Multimedia tools have a big impact in the learning process. Employing multimedia tools into the learning environment is a rewarding, but complex and challenging task. I remember that during my younger years, the only other way of teaching is through visual aids which includes some charts and pictures. Then after a while some teachers used films and projectors in the visual room. In today's rapidly changing world, educators already uses advanced media tools. The learning process has become technology advanced. Most classrooms now has classroom audio systems that can help students' learning. Because there is always technology advancement, we can expect more classroom amplification and I hope that it will reach in school areas not just within city limits. I hope that multimedia will reach both the rural and urban areas for the sake of learning.
