Full of immense charm, Blinky is ready to steal your heart!
He is a precious Yorkshire Terrier, neutered, 12 years of age, debuting for adoption today at Nevada SPCA.
Another shelter asked us to rescue him because of his dental needs. We had his teeth cleaned and he is now ready to join a forever home.
Blinky enjoys people and dogs and he needs regular professional grooming care.
