Rooster & Lady Bear, soul-mates.
The radiant, cheerful smiles from this good-looking pair will greet you when you return home every day.
Rooster & Lady Bear (the names they came in with) are strongly bonded and need to remain together forever.
They needed us when their previous owners lost their home. Neither dog did anything wrong.
Rooster is a male Siberian Husky of about 8 years. Lady Bear is a German Shepherd mix and 7 years. Both are spayed/neutered and reportedly housetrained.
Please visit Nevada SPCA and ask for the pair by name.

Rufus is a Siberian Husky puppy seeking a loving, forever home.
Rufus is a jovial baby boy with a playful temperament.
He is a cute Siberian Husky puppy, 7 months young, neutered, debuting for adoption today at Nevada SPCA.
Besides doing well with other dogs his size, he is reportedly great with children and housetrained too. Siberian Husky knowledge is preferred for his adoption.
Rufus did nothing wrong. His previous owners moved and opted not to take him.
I feel like a billion dollars now that I am healthy.
Robbie is understandably bursting with joy and enthusiasm for life.
At the time we rescued him from another shelter, he had been exposed to the deadly parvo virus. We had extensive treatment provided for him and he valiantly made a full recovery.
Robbie is an exceptionally attractive Siberian Husky, neutered boy, just a year of age, debuting for adoption today at Nevada SPCA.
Siberian Husky knowledge and/or experience is preferred for his adoption.
We believe Robbie will do best with an active lifestyle that includes plenty of time daily for walks and play.

I am terrified I will be abandoned yet again.
Juno is a loyal youngster, gorgeous and intelligent.
But repeatedly losing her homes and families during her first year of life has taken a substantial toll, creating separation anxiety, because in her mind when you leave her alone you may disappear forever too.
Please imagine how horrifying this must be to her, as she gives her whole heart and unconditional love to those who she cannot count on being around forever.
In an experienced home though, Juno will shine and reach her full potential. She is a Siberian Husky with stunning eyes, spayed girl, one year of age, reportedly compatible with cats and most larger dogs.
A patient, understanding person with Husky knowledge and/or experience is needed for her. She needs to complete housetraining (she is reportedly mostly housetrained), and a secure home and yard will keep her from escaping (which may seem fun to her, but is very dangerous).

Thank you for giving us more time to find forever homes.

Update: Tillie was adopted on February 10th!
We rescued these three sunny angels from a government-funded shelter that ran out of space. They debut for adoption today at Nevada SPCA. They are separate from one another and can certainly be adopted separately.
Keanu is a friendly, fun-loving Siberian Husky & German Shepherd mix, neutered boy, 2 years young. We love his energy and positive attitude, despite being head-shy and showing some signs of past abuse (fear of quick movements, etc.).
Scottie is a kind-hearted, exceptionally attractive Wirehaired Fox Terrier, neutered boy, 8 years of age. He enjoys people and dogs, and he is still full of zip and curiosity like a puppy.
Tillie relishes being adored and nurtured. She is a beautiful West Highland White Terrier mix, spayed girl, just under one year of age. She needs regular professional grooming care and patience from you as she learns to walk on a leash. She reportedly does not like children.
Thank you to all of you who support Nevada SPCA and our lifesaving work for community animals in need. Working together, you empower us to protect innocent lives, like Keanu and Scottie and Tillie, when they need us most.

My eyes are windows to my soul.
Update: Buck was adopted on February 2nd!
Today is a triumph for Buck, who is still a puppy at about 11 months of age. He is finally all clear of a simple skin fungus we had been treating on him for months and he is ready for adoption into a loving, forever home.
What a handsome, noble young boy! His magnetic eyes are hypnotic and we love his fawn & white coloring and floppy left ear. He is neutered and most likely a Siberian Husky and Shepherd mix.
Buck has had some crate-training and housetraining, but your patience and good guidance may be needed. In addition, we recommend basic dog obedience training to help him channel his athleticism and energy into proper behaviors.
He needed us due to his previous owner's financial hardship.

Update: Harli was adopted on January 29th!
Harli has the bright eyes of a puppy.
But this wise girl is well past 13 years of age.
Harli aches for attention and adoration, and she may cry if you dare to ignore her.
She is a lovely Siberian Husky, spayed, debuting for adoption today. She is reportedly housetrained and crate-trained and compatible with cats and dogs (especially small ones) and kind children.
Harli needed rescue when her previous owner became homeless.
We cannot emphasize enough the untold emotional rewards that come with adopting seniors. Please give this jolly girl serious consideration.
