We could easily rename Oreo the "Kissing Bandit", as this very affectionate boy insists on giving you doggie licks in gratitude for being kind to him.
Oreo is a handsome, tuxedo-clad Shih-Tzu, neutered, 6 years of age, good with other dogs, and debuting for adoption today at Nevada SPCA.
He is shaved right now and please keep him professionally groomed so that he continues to look and feel his best.
Oreo needed us when his previous owner became homeless.
