Clarissa wants off of the merry-go-around of being repeatedly discarded.

Clarissa is only 2 years of age, but we discovered that she has already been handed away to new families at least four times. 

This merry-go-round, hand-me-around nonsense needs to stop so that this sweet young girl can enjoy being a member of a loving, forever home.
